My college sucks.

I was hoping I could do this in a polite way or rather avoid it completely. However my college has douchebags for staff so I would say, f*ck it.

I am lazy, I have 5 KTs and I am a first year student. I have varied interests and what bothers me is the fact that nothing in the 'education system' is helping me achieve what I want to. People recommend that I opt for literature and pursue my hobby but you've seen me write. I ain't regular nor good at it.
I don't like unnecessary work and I do only what I feel is necessary.

By now most of you have understood what type of a person I am and your reply would be, "If others can do it, why can't you? What makes you special? You are just careless and irresponsible." and that isn't all of it. I get it, I understand, everyone has to go through it and THAT is what is bothering me. Nothing is relevant. Here are some of the drawbacks I find in my academic life:

1. Irrelevant bullshit.
2. Syllabus includes obsolete crap that will not help me going ahead in life.
3. Wrong subjects for the wrong students. (Physics/Chemistry for IT students)
4. Unnecessary workshops to provide unnecessary exposure . (Why the fuck do students who are going to specialise in coding and tech related fields made to go through carpentry and fitting workshops?)
5. Too many assignments. (I would like to emphasise on this because of the fact that no matter who you are in India, assignments are completed by copying. No matter how smart you are, unless you're the nerd of the college, you WILL wait for the already written assignment to come your way so that you can copy from it. SO BASICALLY ASSIGNMENTS ARE AN EXERCISE IN FUTILITY)
6. Defaulter's lists: This is by far the most fucked up list that exists. Attendance shouldn't be a problem ever. And if you are actually concerned about students attending college, why not make the lectures better, a tad bit interesting and interactive?
7. Deadline for submissions: I get it, you are trying to prepare us for on-time submissions going ahead in life but again, why make everyone do it?

I know this is wrong by me. I am sort of disrespecting those who are punctual but I think things have to change. If we have to 'mould engineers that can build the nation', we have to teach them stuff that can help build. What our system teaches students, is that marks are superior and THAT is the key to success.
WRONG!
I can go on and on about this because me doing this is an exercise in futility, too.
I just can't deal with it.
I am angry.
My college sucks.
I will end this, I promise.

SO,
Thank you for reading,
Stay Tuned!
Toodles. :)
